About the video itself, I have a question– how long is a cooking or housekeeping show on television? How long is the time between commercials? Where I live, a half-hour show is about 20 minutes of content, with about 6-7 minutes between each commercial. It may be that aiming for that kind of time would let you make dual use of these videos…broadcast and web.
About storage– I like to use vacuum storage with canning jars. The jars are “free” (a popular tomato sauce is sold in this kind of jar), it’s easy, and it keeps dry goods like beans, rice, cereals, etc. fresh.
